I live at avenue 1 and i can even spot bendies plying there during the mrt shuttle so no problem to have feeder bus since avenue 1 is used until it comes to peak hours

That is due to no choice as there are disurption from Jurong East and Clementi when there are track maintenance.Please note that I have feedback to the SBS and SMRT.I am waiting for their reply and will get to you as soon as possible.
I have a correction for you.There are jams at Clementi Ave 5 as well.I will get to you asap.Thank you for your feedback.

Madam Seow Siew Eng, 71, has been farming at the Clementi land plot for two years. But she has not planted anything new in two weeks since receiving the eviction notice. -- ST PHOTO: NG SOR LUANTHE Singapore Land Authority (SLA) has given those farming illegally in Clementi another three months to work out an 'acceptable' solution, it said on Tuesday.
Farmers will be given time to work out a deal with grassroots organisations (GROs) 'that is acceptable to SLA and the GROs', said the agency in a statement.
The 1,800 sq m strip of land, bounded by the former Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) railway line, Sungei Ulu Pandan, Clementi Avenue 4 and Clementi Avenue6, is state land, and those who toil there violate encroachment laws. It could be turned into one of the most spacious community gardens on the island to benefit the young and old, advocates say. But much hinges on GROs' support.
Local residents have grown fruit and vegetables on the plot of land for three decades. But some residents complained of mosquito breeding and smoke from burning leaves, spurring the land management agency to order the farmers out.

Prospective buyers thronging the Trivelis showroom last October. DBSS flats come with better finishes. -- ST FILE PHOTOLast October, EL Development launched the Trivelis - a Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) project - in Clementi.
About 80 per cent of the 888 units of these public flats built by the private developer have been snapped up. Prices averaged $650 per sq ft.
In January this year, the HDB announced that a Build-To-Order (BTO) project of 670 units would be rolled out in Clementi - right next to Trivelis.

How the two schemes differ
- Housing Board flats in the Build-To-Order (BTO) scheme are targeted primarily at first-timer households. The HDB plans to launch 25,000 BTO units this year.
- The Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) was introduced in 2005 to inject more variety into public housing by allowing private developers to build the flats.
They come with better designs and finishes than standard flats, and are typically more expensive. But owners have to abide by HDB rules like the income ceiling.
In July last year, National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan said the scheme would be put on hold as the Government reviewed the need for such flats.
This stemmed in part from unhappiness over the original price tag of $880,000 for a DBSS unit in Tampines.
The news has made Trivelis buyers like Mr Low Tian Chye all hot and bothered. The businessman had booked a five-room unit for $706,000, and is now having second thoughts.
