So that is life Living In Clementi....
Please give any comments regarding this...Thank You! I am just commenting on these issues..Please dont mind it.
The local population + the students from near by tertiary instutions + workers of Trade Hub 21 and IMM, and Toh Tuck industrial estate, all converge at Clementi.
What's wrong with living in Clementi?
Clementi area (and maybe Jurong) has a higher population of lower income individuals. Therefore, it is no surprise that the public transports in that area is constantly overcrowded.
If you realise, many retail outlets targeting at shoppers with above average spending power will never open a branch in Clementi or Jurong, but you will see one or two in the East and maybe in Serangoon. Eg. Isetan.

But strangely enough I see people from Citibank and Stan chart trying to get people to sign up for credit cards at clementi mall all the time
On the other hand, I count at least 3 pawn shops in the vicinity.

hahas..it has been maintained quite sometime again. In case you are curious why the walls are dirty or torn off is till to the rain that poured in when it is heavy or when they paste those adv on the walls leading them to be torn off when it is taken out.至于Clementi is third world country I totally disagree with u.If it is third world country, there will not be any shopping malls and standard toilets.
There are even more things to live in Clementi.I did not expect things to be much more worst.
Usually I board the trains earlier so I do not clash with the peak crowds. Today was raining heavily at the west, and my bus journey was delayed hence affect my train journey. I skipped 3 trains because i reached the station during the peak crowds.
