Seriously, the benefits that my Nalgene bottle has brought to me far outweighs it's seemingly unconvincing hazard claims...

Although the site claim that this bottle has a inner lining that is resistant to fruit acid and isotonic drink, I still do not have much faith in aluminium bottles. If the lining start to come off, acidic drink will leach out the aluminium which when taken regularly will accumulate in the body to cause alzhemer disease later in life. As for the plastic bottles, just make sure it is not used to contain high temperature oil soluble solution and you shall be fine. Just my opinion based on what I have read. The stuff that leaked out from the plastic has been implicated for a straight 40 years of steady drop in sperm count in male human species.Originally posted by FireIce:me using sigg

Wth if we're all going to die someway or other from contact with plastics, I rather stick to re-using containers, at least I don't waste money on expensive bottles .
