I just hope people to understand that new roles and new responsibilities usually needs time to be digested before appropriate performance. Just like a dad or a mum with a newborn. A newly promoted manager ready to take over the pile of sh|t left behind previously...
Mod is a human too. And all human would have their own characters. We can't simply condemn one because he / she behaves the way he / she is? No doubt I agree that a Mod should have some appropriate behaviours generally speaking. Sometimes it's just hard to draw a clear-cut line across immediately.
