IMO, best-kept forums still Buses and Military Nuts. The mods are strict on flaming. They place decorum above all else. Maybe it is due to the "special interest" nature of these forums.
A side note, does anyone think Skyline63 could be MIW lapdog? If you think so, please respond to his threads with a +1.
