I think next season, Arsenal will get the title again. Why? Cos i tink that they have a very strong squad and the oni tink which they lack was the composure n experience........ Therefore, next season, i tink they would be able to get the title, and probably go into the Champs League Semis......
But b4 all tat, they reali nid a veri good striker, a typical fox in the box, who would be there whenever Arsenal are creating chances. Personally, i tink they should sell Wiltord and Kanu, and get a new striker here. SOme1 hus style are like Tomasson and Inzaghi could be the man they are looking for! Carew maybe a good buy too...
Portmouth i feel could do a Manchester City, by signing mani big names and thus, stay in the league again next yr..... Relegation candidates next yr could be: Wolves, Fulham and Leceister(hope it wont hapen, cos i oso supp them.... but they nid to strengten their squad!!) -

as for Arsenal, i think they need to sell Kanu and Jeffers instead..Jeffers hasnt been doing that very well in the Premier League..i think they shud cash in and buy Kevin Phillips, he shud be able to Stretch defences apart with his speed and dribbling..
another option could be Dennis Rommedahl.....his speed is enuff to mislead defences...Marcus Stewart could also come on the cheap..
Leicester shud have no problem staying on the Premier League..but rest assured, the bottom teams won't be as disastrous as Sunderland who only clamimed 19 points...

i think Pompey shud be a household name in ther Premiership.
Fulham together with Wolves and Aston Villa(if they dun bucker up)
could get relegated..
But Sunderland's relegation was the shocker. to think they claimed an impressive 8th place in their first season..something any promoted club shud be proud of.. -
I think Chelsea Should buy Patrik Kluivert.
chelsea has transformed its back four player to black players...and i think they can do something similiar to the attacking too..
Kluivert shud have no problem settling in, with pals Mario Melchiot, Jimmy Hasslebaink and Zenden there.
Chelsea shud also offload Mario Stanic and Eidur Gudjohnsson...
One of the best Cheap and good Goalkeepers i've seen in the premier league is Kasey Keller..he'd come on the cheap and definitely save the club frm relegation..
also Neil Sullivan, thomas sorensen and Thomas Myhre....the promoted clubs shud do anything to sign these keepers..also considering the fact that sorensen and myhre shud come at a fixed price, with their Relegation Release Clause activated -

My Predictions for the Top 5 spots of EPL 2003/2004
First : Manchester United. No doubt about it. Its like a car with already a v6 engine having another v6 engine accompanying it in the form of the major signings.
Partly biased since i am a Man U Fan 
Second : Newcastle. Why? Newcastle are always assumed as Best Losers as they have been trying to claw themselves to the top only to relinquish the lead to the major guns. Bobby Robson has been phenomenal last season and for sure, he will once again be.
Third : Arsenal. Despite being the runners up, numerous rumors have plagued the team nearing the end of the last season such as Wenger heading for Real and Viera leaving the club. Poor signings have also failed them in retaining the title. This season? Depends on the new signings or not, they wun succeed unless they reduce the French arrogance there.
Fourth : Portsmouth. Believe it or not. Firstly, they have made tremendous improvements as a team and as a management. Redknapp is a superb manager and having a duo manager system is certainly producing results.
Fifth : Chelsea. No reasons except it has always been like that
