The new Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), which sits on a 30.5-ha plot at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 and Avenue 8 was constructed over a period of three years. PM Link was the project manager from inception to completion. The entire NYP campus consists of a Campus Centre building, four faculty buildings for Engineering, Business Management, Health Sciences and Information Technology, a student centre and staff apartments. The Campus Centre houses the main administration office, a 1,200-seat auditorium and a 300-seat concert hall while the Student Centre accommodates a sports complex and the Faculty Club.
PM Link’s critical contributions to this project include the pre-qualification exercises to select the main building contractors, contract packaging, phasing and monitoring of contractors’ progress throughout the construction process.Amazing.

as time go by, cost will only escalate cos of inflation (meaning to say, value of money actually becomes smaller)
Dun forget the poly campuses completion were very sparse apart

NP: Initial NATC campus completed in 1968, upgrade with current blocks between 1983 - 1987

Dude, RP also cost $500 Million compelted in 2006. Why same amount 7 years later?
