[Limo Forum] New SMRT Mercedes Taxi @ $208 Daily Rental

OMG.
The new fleet of Mercedes CDi will cost $208 with GST daily rental. Will be waiting for more confirmation as my buddy is going up to their customer service tomorrow, 24/07/2013 to look at their drivers contract.
Will update here as soon as I get confirmation.

$2,000 as deposit for the new vehicle.
Upon breaking of contract.... the company will forfeited the $2,000.

drive limo very difficult to half shift one..
knn, u drive limo sure got your regular ibu Bapak, datuk, cina ah pek... Etc.. They come disposal then how to handover?? They arrival midnight then relief pick?? Haiyoh.. Messy lah
somemore next door say nowadays taxi rental is rated for 2 person to drive.. But limo 2 person difficult lah..

now I consider my (future) Vellfire taxi at $156.80 is cheap....

Premier E220 cdi rental 166 flagdown 4.50 after first km jump 0.35, who will take up SMRT CDI I rather take black flag 5.00 jump 0.33. Bro JDIL any confirmation bo. Silver jiat buay lia

Unless SMRT really comes out with a superb incentive scheme, I wonder how this is gonna work. I am sure they cant guarantee g dep/arrival or jobs everyday.
Knn just give and take make it $200 a day flat = $6000 a month to rent! Like that maybe outside can rent a Bentley or Rolls!
$6k a month x 12 = $72k a year
$72k x 3 years+ = $250k. SMRT can recoup cost within 3 years and make around $200k in just over 5 years. If scrap at year 5 for rebate, they would make in excess of $150k per vehicle. Minus repairs/servicing etc, still looking at a profit of over $100k, and that's just a conservative figure

Actually, the Management of SMRT are trying to get the number of committed drivers before they "place order" for the new CDI E220.
My buddy went up to see Mr Alex of the premier department today. However, there isn't any black and white from the company, stating the driver's contract agreement, hence nothing is confirmed as yet.....
It is a thought (by my buddy) to be a market survery conducted by their office. Only the top persons will decide whether they will released the new vehicles on the road or not. If SMRT doesn't have the committed drivers whom r willing to sign the 5 years contract, then very unlikely they will stick to their initial plan.
Hence, the CONCLUSION it is ONLY TALK TALK & TALK by the taxi company.
Btw, who wants to pay more for the same vehicle offered by other companies ???? no logic right ? SMRT Mercedes Taxi coated with GOLD ?

.I was busy with other online subjects for the past few days.... I was actually quite surprised when Poolman opened a thread and start talking about Limousine cabs... which all these while, he hated to....
Hence, I really thought he got "some information".... but only sms messages from fellow drivers only....

SMRT thinks they r the smartest.
Even drivers whom went up & enquired was told it is not confirmed.
Why i started this thread was becos the next door "Anti-limo TD so called Chief" started a similar thread with no rental price confirmation. I didn't comment earlier was I don't have figures also, until one of my kaki went up for a proper discussion with their premier division...
i seldom comment on issues on hearsay. If i do comment, i will wait until the figures r out and GOT HEAD GOT TAIL.
Now, even poolie is quoting my figure in his "Limo rates" in his new taxi forum.
