Premier cab aka Silvercab taxi company will be releasing the New E220 CDI on the road this coming May 2013.
The color ?
Reported to be in WHITE. (This one will kills all current CDG Mercedes cabs)

Meter jump (rumoured) $0.35 per jump (more than black Chryslers).
Daily rental

Contract
2 years contract for hirer, with $2k security deposit.

Becos the flag down is $4.50 (SC) to $4.00 (CDG)
Meter jump is $0.35 (SC) to $0.22 (CDG).

In this world... There are many people... I mean many many... Look at all the people at the taxi stand... Look at all the TDs at the coffeeshop... So many...
no matter how expensive, there will still be takers.
for example, why people still opt to fly First Class, Business Class on SIA??
why people choose to stay St Regis, Ritz Carlton, Fullerton/Bay?
why some people can stay Bungalow/5 star condo??

Well, many pax boarded the BLACK TAXI (Chryslers) w/o knowing the fare... normally alighted within a few meters away.
The only concern is that....... it will bring down the whole WHITE MERCEDES CABs althogether as when the news broke out.... everyone will "siam" the white taxis all together.

Silvercab has abt 50 units of Mercedes cabs... this amt including those not operational...
