Limo Forum - Nightmare Roads to avoid during rush hours

As Christmas & New Year holidays are approaching, it is going to be a cheerful festive mood for everybody to enjoy (provided that you are not driving).
As the traffic conditions are getting from bad to worst, due to the growth of the vehicles' population over the years, it is really becoming a nightmare situation if you need to go through these roads (to do your businesses) on a daily routine.
It had already proved that a non-effective calculation used by the Authority, using the total area of (new) roads build to the population of the (new) vehicles on the road.
Moreover, the (new) roads in the CDB and Orchard Area practically remained constant.
Hence, pls share with us your views and which part of Singapore to avoid during rush hours and / or festive seasons.

With the Orchard Road Christmas Lightup on a annual event (to attract shoppers to the shopping belt)...
U can expect the Orchard Road to be a heavily congested with many many vehicles.
So, please avoid if you can...

It should be written as CHRISTMAS on a Nightmare street (for drivers).

Even Scotts Road & Paterson Road will be heavy (traffic) then before....
If you really want to enjoy the Christmas mood, u can simplying do it online (with these pictures)...

Besides those roads in CDB & Orchard area during rush hour....
the other road is....
This road is a SINGLE LANE (2 direct) road, linking from Holland Road to Bukit Timah Road. And if you are driving behind a public bus, likely it will stay that way throughout the journey (with limited space for overtaking).

Sixth Ave is a prominent road with many road users, getting to Holland Road & Bt Timah Rd vice visa.
Should this road to be widen to a 2 lanes (both direction) roads to faciliate the "growing traffic" ?
Just imagine if 1 vehicle breaks down along the (approx 2km) road, the traffic can be a
