Why are they called Durian Heads? What's the logic??

Nothing to do, suddenly tot of this. Why call them durian heads??
My logic, all DHs are
1) in the industry for at least 10 years
2) got job to page out in group talk
3) must do kaypoh things like collect GST
Anymore to add!?

Not all DHs benefited on GST collection.
They merely got the 1st hand to the job "arranged out by the hotels". The levy collected is not for their revenue.
For websites passengers and/or personal contacts, u may or may not collect GST. hence, this is subjective.
Hence, collecting GST is very subjective. Some die die want to collect becos it is also an revenue they can benefit.... but can they get rich from it ?

And than hor, in this market, most of the DH, I say most hor.......are knn type.......
Only knn type become DH......good boy like me eat DURIAN.......

I think 榴莲头 this term only past 2 years people than start calling 1..........
How this term become so common, frankly speaking, I can't recall also......
Anyway limo groups si beh bo liao one la.......nothing to do, those Si Kina will think of something to joke around........

also expect the assigned kakis to give premium service to my clientele.

Durian heads this term has been around since i started Limo driving in 2003 , so my guess is that its been around for a long time.
Back then , nobody is labelled a DH unless he has got hotel jobs. Individual pax as client bo pa kai one, is just any ordinary member.
I rem there was one ritz carlton DH back then , everywhere he go , people acknowledge him . That guy has quite a sut ki look la so i guess he deserves all the attention around him.

The authorities are clamping down (gradually) on these "under-the-table" tactics.
Though it is not possible to wipe out totally, some of the Top Hotels are warned against these practises, especially the high-end case, such as.... as a KILL ONE WARNED HUNDRED.
