Business luck is crucial at a certain point of time in your life.... Bro BCL super relief for then a New Mercedes cab (SMRT), told me... "brother, pickup so fast, got cruise control some more".... You remember Bro BCL? Haha It just seems like it happened yesterday. Time really flies like a brink of an eye.

I was seeking for an auto gear change and at that moment, only Mercedes cab offers that option. Sonata? don't have lah. All Toyota crowns and/or Nissan Cedric. Haha. Now? There are so many choices. Only worry is the daily rental.

IMHO, I think limousine driver should be an OMO, if not at least a day hirer.

Yes, agree....so far successful 1 mostly OMO or day hirer....
Night limo must depend, tag with those DH, than will be jiak beh liao....

I drove taxi - 8yrs night shift.... Only 1yr as day OMO and on the last year day OMO then got my regular contract passengers, hence turned Private Limousine... U see the different? Not that you can't get any regulars during night shift but in the day shift, your opportunity is greater.. I still have my regulars AP transfer passengers calling me, if available, I still fetch them to AP. But AP transfers generate minimal income as compared to hourly disposal jobs. U think they will call you as often for disposal in the day or in the night? No need to sleep meh? haha

Night time where got so many MSW to go around. By midnight.... Most cabbies already at kopitiam complaining how difficult their daily revenue. ... Haha. U mixed with DHs, they ask u to play mahjong... Or go karaoke... U also have to entertain... Knn... No need money and time spend? -

Me drove at least 6yrs night as limousine cabby... Night time where got so many MSW durians? Even got durians midnight departures... If job crashes then tunnel out... Buy more supper for DHs can carry more of their balls then maybe tunnel 1-2 jobs to u.... Knn. There are no free lunches aka supper for. -
Many preferred driving night..... No sunlight.... No massive traffic jams during rush hours.... No need to incur so much ERP tolls... But... Also Not much limousine passengers jumping around. Haha.

Been omo for a few mths. From Limo to Maxi then back to Limo. Then finally found a day relief and become a nite driver. Nite driving is like 'fishing' go anywhere is always queuing. N oso rejection. Got once fish at one latitude kenna 2 twice rejection. Knn. then came 1 japanese guy go cq. short distance. haiz.

To TS Bro, Btw, pls dun get me wrong... There r limo cab drivers whom mainly do sweeping and take MDTcurrent jobs... They can survive easily (just lower their expectations) as their limousine views and objectives are different from the "real limousine drivers" like me. Doing mainly limousine-related jobs need a lot of farming (distribution of name cards) and harvest them when the time is right. Time spend servicing and lots of soliciting are the main keys to success. It won't be easy for sure. Online internet websites.... Is only a source of soliciting for potential new businesses.. Some months good.. Some months eat grass and pay for internet cost as well. You may get a lot of enquiries but no firm jobs or even from your competitors. Haha.

What I mean is not to angkat DH, but if really need to, why not? Learn as much and maybe 1 day, you might excel better than him, this is real life...
Infact what I really mean is, if possible, be a relief driver for a DH....although night not many MSW, but if really have, as a hirer, definitely will take care of relief first...
Than after master all the neccessary skill....throw key to him and become DH loh...

By sweeping or normal current jobs, don need to drive white....
Get the cheapest rental as possible....that's my point....
Drive limo MUST do limo jobs....even G-Jobs also can consider....
One already know night difficulty, still commit to high rental, make no sense....that extra you earn should be in your pocket, not to the hirer....

If purely sweeping... Then, paying a higher rental for a limousine cab over a Sonata makes no sence. I have some limousine cab kakis jump to Sonata and they are happier that way. The choice is yours as we can only share with u our opinions. I can't dedicate to you what u must do or u can't. The final decision lies on your objective(s) why u preferred a white over the blue or yellow.

Limo jobs hard to come by, the most easiest way is to join group, and bid jobs, and perform jobs, than from there learn and absorb....
Observe is the key word, and translate that to your own style....

At most time, you parked at Durian Tree waiting for Durian to drop (group page out)...
but
you can wait endless as DH do himself or Tunnel to his ball's carriers.
So, you are wasting your precious time there - hopefully that DH and his kakis are not available, then the job will be paged out to the group. ( slowly wait hor ).

why i choose white than blue/yellow? it all start with a kaki A who drive white then jio kaki B and me to drive white. N said we will start to farm together. But things never come happen. I never blame him. It is my decision to take white. After all, as what he said, how much do I need to earn to afford/drive Mercedes. Rental abit higher but better car to drive. N I agree with him so I take. Now here I am a white Hirer. If you ask me if I got regret to drive white? My ans is NO. I got join Limo Group but only listen to info only. Got Job oso never take. After driving maxi seems like resign from the group so now just listen. Right now, I am just a "Bo Standard Limo Driver". So I am thinking is there any way to upgrade myself when I am just a nite driver.

yah agree nite harder to harvest durians than day limo drivers.
i drive almost 1yr limo liao only managed to harvest a few regulars.........
