Earlier part of the race is ok...
there should be some signs & marshal directing you to the various Hotel thru the links in the basement CP.
But when those whom are driving.... wanted to leave the CP at the same time... you dun be surprised that a 5-10mins journey thru the basement CP can be as long as 1 hour.

SINGAPORE (AFP) - The future of Formula One's only night event, the Singapore Grand Prix (SGP), is still under negotiation with just one race to go before the current deal ends, the local organisers said on Wednesday.
'What is presently on offer from Formula One Administration is insufficient for us to commit to a full five-year extension,' SGP said in a statement after a Singapore newspaper reported that terms for a new deal had been agreed.
'Negotiations have been going for almost a year. SGP has received a formal renewal notice from Formula One Administration to confirm their wish to continue running the night race for a further five years,' it said.
'Since then, SGP has been in talks to cement terms that offer commercial viability for the full five years. We remain hopeful at reaching an outcome that is mutually beneficial to all parties.'

The Canadian Press - ONLINE EDITION
SINGAPORE - Singapore Grand Prix organizers have refuted comments by the sport's supremo Bernie Ecclestone that the city-state had essentially agreed to extend its hosting rights for a further five years.
Ecclestone had been quoted to say that "all obstacles preventing the deal from going through have been resolved" and that a new five-year agreement was ready to be signed.
However Singapore GP said that while it has received a formal renewal notice from F1's commercial rights holder, it was not satisfied with the terms and said talks "are still ongoing."
"What is presently on offer from Formula One Administration is insufficient for us to commit to a full five-year extension," the statement read.
The initial five-year deal for F1's only night race is due to expire after this year's grand prix in September, with negotiations for an extension having been going for almost a year.
"Singapore GP has been in talks to cement terms that offer commercial viability," the statement read.
The amount Singapore pays to host a grand prix is reportedly around $40 million per year, which is far higher than that paid by some other countries, including neighbouring Malaysia.

Singapore Grand Prix organisers have dismissed reports they have agreed a five-year contract extension with Bernie Ecclestone.
The race made its debut on the Formula 1 calendar in 2008 and has become a showpiece event for the sport.
Singapore newspaper Today reported that a new deal had been agreed between the organisers and Ecclestone to continue hosting the race for a further five years.
"Everything that was in the way of the Singapore Grand Prix continuing for another five years has been cleared," the newspaper quoted Ecclestone as saying.
"I'm happy that this is out of the way because Singapore has been good to F1 and the night race has also been equally good for Singapore."
However, in a later statement the race organisers denied the reports, stating that negotiations were still ongoing, and insisting that the terms had to "offer commercial viability for the full five years."
"What is presently on offer from Formula One Administration is insufficient for us to commit to a full five-year extension," they said.
"We remain hopeful at reaching an outcome that is mutually beneficial to all parties," SGP added.
A feasibility study carried out in 2010 found that the race had brought £213.5 million of tourism to the country during the first three years.
