Season parking problem.

  Some Viano cannot buy season parking at all even if they willing to pay $185.

  Town council say because of weight too heavy.

  Funny as Merc S Class and BMW 7 series more heavy but they can buy?

  The Merc  Viano Maxicab how come can buy leh?

  Y this type of double standards?

  Bro SLPUN,

  Smehow yo are quite right. The Pte plate COE is more expensive than ours. They also pay higher road tax.

  Somehow, someone complained about this issue to Wanbao. But HDB as very firm say their policy is like that.

  But somehow to me, it still does not make sense.

  Your information "not very correct"..... Haha. Goods vehicle and PH (Private buses) are under Cat C...hence We r also paying govt COE Premiums... Goods Vehicles (GB plates) registered under Cat C can parked at Multi Storey CP for the normal HDB season parking fee (same as normal vehicles)...which is @$65-$90. The argument is the weight of the vehicles (height as well lah for MSCP). HDB came out a new rulings stating that vehicles above 1,800kg needs to get "approval" from town council. Unless some CP (eg Punggol) has basement CPs... Then this problem do not exist... Secondly, the length if the vehicles are also taken into consideration... Vehicles longer than 5metres have to pray hard if your estate has space limited. For more information... Go to HDB website.... :-P

  S Class... min 300k... road tax also Pay And Pay.... 

  Alphard not as heavy as Vito/Viano... as long as it is a Sxx plate... si mi vehicle also can.
