Cabbies picking up or dropping off passengers at the new Bay Hotel Singapore, located at 50 Telok Blangah Road, are advised to do so at the hotel's main entrance along Temenggong Road where the lobby is. To access Temenggong Road, turn left on Temenggong Road when driving along Telok Blangah Road from Seah Im Bus Interchange.

We are constantly anticipating and striving to meet the changing needs of both our commuters and cabbies in order to serve them better.
For commuters, we have taken several measures, including introducing convenient taxi booking services via sms, Internet and iPhone, as well as, making cashless payments available on board our taxis. We have also organised different promotions and lucky draws to reward them when they ride with us. We have even launched a “Helpful Cabbies� Service Campaign to up the level of our service.
Besides serving commuters, we are equally committed to serve our cabbies. These include: Upgrading our administrative centres, diesel kiosks and workshops; Upgrading the MDT software to better meet the operational requirements; and Revamping the driver's portal to provide more real-time transaction information and self-help services so as to save cabbies time.
However, we felt these measures, while good, are not enough. We are, therefore, embarking on a new "Service Commitment to Our Drivers" Campaign, in which we have identified eight key service areas that we aim to improve in terms of turnaround time:

With the launch of this new campaign, we, the management and staff, will work towards improving our service level to serce you better. Similarly, we hope that you work hand in hand with us to deliver good service to our commuters.
ROAD DIVERSION TO ACCESS RENDEZVOUS HOTEL SINGAPORE
With effect from 16 Oct 2011, entry to Rendezvous Hotel via Prinsep Street is only available in the direction of Middle Road / Bras Basah Road.
The direction via Orchard Road / Selegie Road is not accessible due to divider. Alternative route to the hotel is via Bencoolen Street.
DON'T CAUSE OBSTRUCTION ALONG ORCHARD ROAD
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has received public feedback that taxis were found queuing beyond the designated taxi lots at the Lucky Plaza, Paragon and Centrepoint taxi stands. This had caused obstruction to other road users along Orchard Road during the evening peak hours.
The LTA will thus be stepping up enforcement at these locations. Â
Please queue within the designated taxi lots.
THEFT OF HANDPHONE
Recently, Police received reports of Cabbies whose handphones were stolen by a female passenger.

ALEXANDRA RETAIL CENTRE (ARC) TAXI ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC) is giving away McDonald's meal voucher to all cabbies who drive to their taxi stand from 23 to 27 April, 3pm to 5pm.
