What do you do?
If page out, do you collect levy? (based on your marketing costs on google or other source of marketing)
If got car, ok, if no car, will you struggle to other groups to page?
Will you tell your guests to give advance notice?
How ou handle them?

I think when your regular base getting bigger you have no choice to find other source to help you right? For me I do not mind paying gst to caller better than sit inside car without any income

In White industry, there's few type of so call 'caller'.
1. Original Caller...this are the one who had direct contact with the clients, first hand.
2. Sub Caller...knn, followers, carry ball to the original caller, this are the one usually act big and Tua Kang.
3. Kepoh Caller...Very 'helpful' drivers, usually no client base, but join many talkies groups, this side no taker, volunteer to get taker from the other side.
4. Non Caller...only enough for himself to serve, heart not so big type. But once a while job clash, bo pian must page out.
5. Jia ba buy pau Caller...Got a bit of money, volunteer to come out money to tight over original caller credit jobs...usually first hand to good jobs, bad type, throw out.
Basically, these are the few types of Caller...GST? Depend which category you fall into lo...hahaha
No offense, my own thinking only...hahaha
Miss out another type of caller...6. Tunnel Caller..I hate the most, (Ooh! Not talking about Bro JDIL) like to tunnel jobs to friends and kakis and scare members don't know, purposely mention in group talk, scare people don't know he got jobs to throw.

For Me... simple....
1) Try all kakis thru mobile phones (Pte Limousine 1st).
If no takers.... then
2) Try Limousine cabs (got 4 regular kakis doing my jobs and depends on how many pax needed to ferry).
finally... then
3) If no takers (which is unlikely), then ask one of the limousine cab guys to page out in their group(s).... (likely only account jobs)... Cash job(s) or New Client(s)... (99.9%, I won't page out)...
, All will go to category 1 or category 2. -
All my jobs are Nett amount.....
So, if any of these drivers try to be dishonest by giving namecards....
then, his mobile number is out of my phone forever.
