So far I only do those HSBC/ANZ bank free limo transfer job. Since they get free transfer so dun expect much from me. When they arrive I just pop open the boot let them DIY. Unless is those paying pax then help them carry loh.
I don't hv many regulars, my foreign regulars consists of 2 very famous Indonesian whose indentity cannot be disclosed and their visit is to be kept confidential. And they are a very very good paymaster. Beside chauffeuring them when they are here, I also do some errand as as when required.
Locally I hv 3 regulars, 1 a Korean family, 1 a lady banker and 1 a shipping owner who regard me as friend rather than his regular limocab driver. My service towards my local regulars is nothing special other than personalised service, prompt delivery, a smooth and safe ride to the destination. Believe or not, all rate are above market rate.
Thats why I'm willing to take the new Merc E220 CDI. So my regulars can Travel In Style.
In every trades....
there are the Preferred Clientele Profile....
Some are placed at high priority ... some not so.... (as what WRT had said, it accords to the pay-master ).
In references to WRT reply on Travel in Style in a New Vehicle....
I can only agreed with bro WRT with my
Good working condition vehicle is not sufficient.... It must be on a Excellent working condition.
Daily cleaning of seats (with dettol) and dusting off sands off your mats are essential.
Also,
have a ample supply of....
especially when doing arrival jobs. Passenger(s) normally takes 20-30mins to clear customs & claim luggage(s). By the time Pax came on board, maybe 40mins gone w/o drinking any liquid. So, limousine brothers, it is no excuse of not having any mineral water if you considered yourself as a limousine driver.
Limo passengers paid limousine rates... and they are treated differently from normal passengers...
If you take 1st Class and or Business Class, definitely you expects more services from the airlines...
Same goes to the limousine driver....
Hence a new vehicle is a great asset.

Bro HH, those HSBC/ANZ pax might turn up to be one of your regulars.
Regulars not necessary to take your cab everyday, most of them need us either on departure or arrival, is good enough as long we had a handful of them.
Whenever I did arrival job, I observe how others were doing.
Some might be picking up their long term regulars client, but mostly are first timer.
Many drivers felt awkward to put on a tie, what you guys think?
I can see many drivers, their attire was very sloppy, As the saying, first impression last, so what should be an idea way?
By normal attire....
Limousine drivers should be in White Long Sleeved Shirt, black pants & leather shoes.
Occasionally on weekends....
Short white sleeved shirt can do as well.
Normally i bring along a polo T-shirt if my hourly is more than 10hrs.
Putting a tie... (not essential) though I have one in my vehicle.
Later you may want to wear a vest... then coat, then trench coat ?
Just the basic will do... white long sleeved shirt, black pants + leather shoes.

Thanks Bro ALws Tired for PM me, maybe can answer you in this post, no secret.
I chose to operate taxi business as a OMO not that I enjoying it, it's tough especially we talking about high operation cost.
I had done my sum, and personally is more sensible for me to drive OMO due to others commitment in my daily schedule.
OMO, there's no fix timing, as long end of my days, can hit the targets, (usually not a problem driving white) I'm alright.
Every jobs came along daily make your working hours shorter, is true, that's how I go along. Usually i make a point to drive certain pattern, so u have more quality time to spent with your family and surf the net...heehee
Just plan your working schedule & be comfortable with it....
Remember - Do not over drive.... You are tactially doing it as a daily routine. If you over burnt driving, then your working schedule is wrong lor...
There are always...
in the OMO driving.... Always remember to take sufficient rest and don't let fatigue to affect your driving routine.
I will treat them like
