If Stomper just complaint to TD company.... they will likely want to close the case rather than losing their driver.

In order for the limo driver to slap the pax I think something the pax must have done to piss the limo driver off. Come on lah. Limo driver leh. What is a mere $3? I so bad temper also dun slap pax before.

Correct, a lot of doubt on the whole incident. Comfort always side customers, same go to LTA. What to do, just had to be more tactful on handling this kind of situation lo.

Some pax, you see their face, you really feel like slapping type.
When I was a newbie, after encounter all my fxxx up life, my temper also no good type, cannot control my emotion easily.
On one incident, this pax was nagging and nagging non stop cause I miss a turn, result in longer way, it make me so piss off that, drove all my way back to the place I pick up her, not collecting any $ from her, chase her down and fxxx her upside down until she cry.
So I believe many newbie will be like me last time when start OTR...not easy to master �功, just don't get violence will be safe.

I will dial driver hotline, let Comfort do the shit..haha
If you guys aware, Comfort drivers hotline got caller ID one, if they dare don't answer, I will straight sent email to DRO (can retrieve from driver portal), cc to our CEO (must know), all template must be ready one, I guarantee you someone will call you back very fast.
But only difficult pax la, don't suka suka, wait our CEO invite you for kopi..heehee

Today heard the version from the driver side..
...don't quote me....
Starting from the point of reaching destination, the driver realize he did not key in the CBD surcharge, actual fare $12, so while trying to key in $3, the pax was annoyed asking why he last min add on $3 butt.
So the driver explain to him nicely, pax accepted his explaination, than took out his ATM card to make the fare payment.
The cashless terminal just keep on prompting Not Approved for few try, the pax get annoyed again and blame on the machine, not his card.
So this driver left with no choice, had to drive him to nearby ATM machine to withdraw cash. Really not his day, first ATM machine they went spoilt, than had to went further to another ATM machine.
This time round, the pax got his cash but took a while to come back, the driver thought another jump fare case.
Than he ferry him back to his destination, as he forgot to stop the meter, final meter reading show $18, the pax took out a piece of $50 to pay the fare, without hestitation, the driver return $32 butt back, that's where the spark start liao.
The pax claim that he should be just charge $15 before he go withdraw money, as the conversation get agitated, the pax took out his phone and wanted to call Comfort on the spot to complain, than there's a commotion between them and the pax claim that the driver had slap him, in actual fact, the driver just wanted to snatch the phone from him.
And so cum, a petrol police car drove pass, both stop the police and started to claim their side of story.
..stomper had their side of story..
Newspaper had also...this is driver version..
How true?? only the person who get involve will know better...
Heard his last day with CDG is 9 April and most likely he will be appealing.
