Hi all, I am seeking advise as I was thinking of switching my sonata to merc cab. Don't know whether should I do that that as I am still not very familiar with the roads. I have been driving sonata for 2 mth and before that 6mth for wish. Thanks.

Well, the scope of business are wider for the Mercedes Limousine cabs as compared to normal cabs.
1) Mercedes cabs - can Q at Limousine Qs at the AP. (arrival at $55 per trip before levy).
2) Limousine MDT jobs (you can still get current normal jobs thru the same system).
3) Hourly booking thru MDTs and Walky Grouping.
Every taxis in Singapore can do street pickup, but with a limousine grouping (walky talkie talk group), the scope of business have widen to passengers willing to pay a premium fee for a more prestige ride.
The daily rental is only slightly higher than normal cabs... but the fuel (diesel) consumptions for Mercedes Benz vehicles are better (lesser) than the Korean made taxis.
Many TDs have seen a increased in their revenue and it is really up to individual, who want to convert into a limousine career. If you basically sweep the floor with a limousine cab, then my advice is that you stay put with your normal cab driving.

my collection is only ok lar, what kill me is Sat and Sun which i prefer to spend more time with my baby.
that 2 days is usually at a lost and eat into my little earning on weekdays, so.....OMO is not for me.

All AP terminals have Limo Counters....
But
Only Terminal 2 has a holding area for Limo cabs.....
this Q is just before the CP C, along side coach bay......
For my understanding, they will be shifting to the small CP (open space) opposite the entrance of the Coach Bay.
