Limo Forum - Limousine cab vs Normal cab. The Pros & Cons.

English not a main concern.. In term of rental saving, can be quite huge amount if accumulated over a year. Normal drivers will worry driving limousine Mercedes cannot survive, than Mercedes scare Maxi cannot survive, than Maxi worry Pte Combi cannot survive.. So is a cycles problem..

I have a believe.
Do what also must take time.
I remember when I started out working, I started as a trainee, then slowly climb the ladder.
Drive taxi also same logic, start slow, then slowly climb up the ladder.
Tose DHs are not called durian heads for nothing, look around ou, the Durian heads are at least in tis industry for 10 years.
You know why are the called durian heads?
You can try to grow a durian tree, yo know how long it takes to bear fruit? At least 10 years.
Its just that step forward to take, after tis step, no looking back and your business will slowly flourish.

Bro MM069, you may need to drive normal cabs 1st for road experiences.... dun know if any taxi companies take newbie for Limousine.

Why I like drive limo?
Pros
1) most of the place tourist attraction and indl park, very easy to go.
2)mostly fetch tourists, they not so sure about Singapore roads, so will not hear nagging if go sala road.
3) no meter, usually never fetch locals, even fetch locals also nvm. No meter and flat rate, they know Liao, s o no conflict.
Cons
1) cannot sweep, no job means no income, want t sweep also cannot.
2) must spend $$$ maintaining your car, make it look presentable.
3) insurance, road tax, car sneeze, everything yo must take care..
4) limo uncle all very cunning, have to be careful who you throw your jobs to when o can't make it, some Limo uncle very taiko, they will sum your customer.

Yes....
We are Pte Limo (Sam & Me) only.
Many are Limo cabs... (so the above cons do not apply to them).

OK, LL drive normal taxis first again experiences first, then jump to limo.
Bo leh, dunno why so long. This week postman only come after 5pm. Do they work on saturday? May be later go open letterbox. If not, hopefully monday.

Yes, go get a (at least) 6 months On Job Training (OJT) 1st. @last, by the time you make a switch, most of the places / routes are captured in your mind when the destination is announced to you.
