Limo Forum - Mercedes-Benz limousine taxis.

  Actually, we have been discussing boardly on many threads and posts over limousines but mainly on our OTR experiences.

  Probably, we would have a thread specializing on Mercedes-Benz limousine taxis only.

  As some of the older fleet of CDG limousine taxis are approaching their end of the used-lifespan,  the anticipation of a new CDI to replace the ageing fleet is still up in the air.

  Has CDG decided on it yet ?   Forumers, Please post your views here.

  Currently my mercedes cab reaching 6 years, most likely got another year to look see look see..

  

  But at this point of time, high cost of operation very tough to sustain, hope Comfort received our message.

  Smrt have also yet to decide on what to do with their 6 yr old merc fleet too

  They need to reduce their limo fleet. The only way to charge higher rent is to it exclusive. The current sampan status must stop.

  Yes... I think the current numbers are just too many.

  If daily rental @ $170 for the new vehicles, then many current limo TDs will dropped out.

  New CDI E250 Blue efficiency engine....

  Should be fun to drive... but @ $170... ask them to drive themselves..

  $165 x 365 days = $60,225.

  2.1yrs of rental = my Viano liao.

  High rental...

  Some seasonal TDs (whom drove Mercedes limousine cabs before), goes to where the money has better valued.

  Higher rental for New Vehicle is a turn-off as the nett revenue (bring home) will be cutted.

  Only those who have sufficient regular guests to support with, will go for it... (New Mercedes).  

  If basically dependent on Road Sweeping.... then better think twice.
