What was your occupation before being a limo driver?

I don't know about you guys but from what I observed, seems that there are many TDs converting to Limo drivers.
As for me, before I was a limo driver, I used to be working in the hospitality industry, I worked for 10 years and felt that I want to try something on my own, at that time, I have not reached the legal age for TDVL yet, therefore I proceeded to take the BDVL, it was a very very easy suck thumb course, I passed and purchased my first vehicle and the rest is history.

.1991 - 2002 working in.... (many different appointments)..
I got both SGX derivatives & stock remisiers licences. (now expired lah).

That time i know JDI , he standard order 1 Martell Cannon. Saw the bill knn $700 per bottle.
Hang out with him regularly at music Bar, wallet inside $ plenty hahaha

Hi JDIL, mayb we know each other by face . coz me too from there. started as OF & local (1990 - 2009) lost quite substantially at the electronic platform .....forced to quit & came into taxi.......drove 6 months CDG limo (during YOG period)......currently driving blue sonata for more than 1 yr liao ......

. Yes I heard many locals were forced into ETS trading. i drove Mercedes for almost 7yrs.. now driving Pte Viano, below... (oops.. got to go AP soon, got arrival job. )

I think you are quite happy driving too yah?
For me, I really enjoy driving, everyday is not the same, sometimes I get good pax, sometimes I go Sentosa, sometimes I go zoo, I go everywhere and I quite like it.
Hope you feel the same way too...

I born with an Army blood. Since young, I dream of becoming a Ranger. When I flung my O level, at the age of 17, I decided to sign on.( during those time, army lack of manpower, you interested to sign, they take you.) 9 solid years in Army, obviously I'm in Commando units. Without that killer mistakes, I might be still enjoying the sweat and tear in army training. After leaving the army reluctantly, failed to settle down myself to proper jobs, for 5 miserable years, jobs hopping here and there. Than someone recommend me taxi driving, took the test, pass, and stuck with Comfort until today's. Sometime just wondering, why can sustain driving taxi for so many years. Come to think about it, maybe is the only jobs that one only working alone and that can really make you forget about the best of my Army life.
