Every stands in Singapore have a long long long history, before LTA one day decided to close the stand, they had to earn as much as possible.
Recruitment is one way of fast revenue, monthly member fee, knn, of course must give some sweat la, or else after one month, TD bo job, resign lo.
Oldies in all this stand mostly in their 60s, mainly from ex yellow top driver, use to be their territory ma, never mind la, got funeral, got place to gamble, can liao, where got time to bid job.
This afternoon just attend one of the stand's member funeral, omg, at least 7 tables of gamblers, carpark full of all kind of taxi, is it a healthy sign, only gods know.
