It really not fair lor when customers cancel inadvance can but we driver cancel in advance face this shit. That day lagi worst,one company book 10 taxi for advance tanling mall The cb ah neh board the cab Liao say dun wan pay 8.00 booking fee Call up operator say the can't do anything ONI can waive off the 1.00 levy really knn.......

Customer with credits in their booking account. Once they book, booking fee will be deducted from their booking account. Then give them points to grade these customer.
Also, book 10 get 1 booking fee. How about that?
Win win situation for all parties. Company get advance credits, Customer get free booking, TD confirm get paid.
