  I had to deal with commercial property agents every now and then. Male and female also met before. To be honest, those rental agents are tough and tricky to deal with. Many are good at talking cock.

  Pls do not be offended. It was how I felt. Eyes and ears must be alert when u talk to them.

  But with this so call licensing, it actually chop off manys, and not much insertion, heard recent course is ten times difficult than my time.

  If Limousine driving also got this things call licensing, it might be interesting...

  Ya last time Condo can make money lah. Now cannot liao. Lucky that time I buy one FH unit at ulu ulu place. Now ulu ulu place building MRT liao. The property appreciated. But hor if want to invest in property then make sure the mortgage loan installments and maintainence and property tax can be cover by the rental yield. Then the house will pays by itself then can shake leh. If buy and stay then is different story liao.

  I miss those time queueing for option type, when I intro to property market, economic crisis just over, market not settle down yet, pay $600 to Dennis Wee and Chris Koh tcss for 3 night... Just kick out from Army, very stubborn, everything also want to try, die die those kind of thinking.. Than I met my wife to be, whole life completely turn over.

  Property agents, if you are daring, face bullet proof, spare cash to spent, single, I can say no worry.

  With now government had licensed the agents, Chris did asked me to be full time again, but no balls already, so far very contended with life... don't have that kind of drive to venture again...
