still no news on the NEW ALPHARD TAXIs (this is what I heard from the last kopi sessions with my ex-Rxxxbow Limousine cab kakis)...
Some of the TD even try their means to recover the $1,000 deposit from PRIME. but... in no vain....
knn... kena conned ? From April to June... still no vehicle.

SINGAPORE: Prime Taxi, one of seven cab operators in Singapore, has launched the Prime Royal Limousine Vellfire which runs on environmentally friendly hybrid technology.
Currently, there are two such taxis and their numbers will increase to 30 by the end of the year.
Prime Taxi said it would only roll out hybrid models as it wants to support Singapore's green efforts and gradually phase out its CNG taxis.
There are under 100 CNG taxis in its fleet of about 700 taxis.

The signage was a "hurdle" for the taxi company to clear as Vellfire aka Alphard stands at 1.9m. With the taxi signage... it will get higher... (may not be able to clear most of the Multi-Storey CP with 1.9m height clearance).

look on the bright side, at least the "ugly taxi sign" will be gone..

end up the TD have to pay for the damaged signage. (probably cost more than $500 as it is electronic controlled)...
