One thing very strange, from taxi driving contact, I could secure leads for my real estate biz, but once business done or bust, they won't become your regular cab taker.
Or else, me jia beh liao.

Most of these Property Clientele has their own vehicles or transportations....
Should be specified.. tell them they can call you if they need to go AP or vice visa.

a small number is ok...
just like the CNG Toyota Estima (auto sliding doors)...
The taxis (above) is above average.... it could be great if they can Q at AP Limo. Surely can get regulars.

Last heard LTA delay the licensing, not on Prime side....

those whom booked the Alphard Taxis are regretting now (placing the booking fee)..
the..
Hydrid battery... (with a normal lifespan of 4-5yrs)... the driver need to pay a certain % if it need to be replaced....
(hidden cost)... -
