any feedback for smrt space?

Today went smrt kaypo kaypo then the sales was trying to "sell" me their space taxi. .. But i thought the space like not here (limo) nor there(normal taxi) and not much discussed abt... Any general advise? Sorry if i post wrong forum ah lol.. Coz dunno how to clasify this taxi

Yes, it is considered as a Limousine MPV at certain locations....
Like Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

They (SMRT) got a special counter offering Limousine service at a fixed rate.

The company won't be replacing this model of vehicle (I was told)....
And hope it won't go into workshop for mechanical problems....

This vehicle nick is call 金牛。
This one mostly do SMRT jobs and counter, think at HBF cruise centre also got stand. Think it's $40-$45 per way?
This one seldom do hotel jobs as their luggage space not as good as Maxicab.
Depends on what you want, if you sweep the floor, then tis one can be good enough.
If you want durian, hotel job, then better look at Maxicab by CDG.

Icic... Hmmmm will it be tough for night drivers for this taxi? Coz i will be pairing up with a friend in future so got to think for my night driver :p -

Rental close to the old maxi. .. The lady did mention abt new ones open for booking but nv go in the details as i was there to enquire new chev initially but the lady was bz selling me their space also zzz. Tired of old car time to source for virgins liao :p -

From what I know, SMRT MDT not as powderful as CDG, but if you drive space will not die cause SMRT got more limo stand than CDG, in a sense, the ops people care about the drivers and set up a few limo stands so that drivers can earn.
Night driver then must work hard to sweep floor, good idea is to have some lobang for fetch nightclub or restaurant or hotel staff because you can take more pax.

Yeah, guess i will have to discuss with my nite driver also. Not i dun wana go with CDG but their biz huat big time... Dun wana play the waiting game with them le -

One of our group member (from SMRT) told us, SMRT going to replace all the white to black in years to come. Maybe just rumours, but from my understanding, SMRT very good in surprising people.

Not unlikely cumf*ck, which testing the (below pic) some vehicles for years.
Ended up doing free testing for SMART taxis.

I read with interest the last time you guys debate on the new limousine cab Comfort got to replace on, won't dare to try on if the rental is more than my current one. Been struggling for the past two years, yet to tune my mind set to limousine driving. Sometime just feel ridiculous to drive like a normal taxi. Currently still driving OMO, long hours and yet earning so miserable.

Actually, even you are driving a normal sonata, what is the daily rental ? $110 ? compared to your current mercedes cab rental ? one month probably $500-$600 more... not alot of different.
Driving limo cabs are entitled to Limo jobs. Normal cabs ? sweep the floor and MDT calls.. that's about all.
If you are feeling tired about OMO, you can look for a relief. I believed you are holding on to walky limo groups, getting a relief shouldn't be too difficult.

I queue for brand new sonata during those time while driving crown. That time my rental for sonata is $104 new. Very different anticipation on the road. The reason I opt for a change to Limousine is due to YOG. Way before the event, rumours going around Comfort is supporting the events and good money for those drivers involved. (indeed) with a bit of madness, I surrender my brand new sonata and get a 3 years old merc. Whether is impulsive or not, come to think about it, at least I was at the events and it might be one in the life time things. After YOG, manage to know someone during the events, join a group and survive until now. Just a short history.

You will survived.... I had been a Mercedes cabby for almost 7yrs. 2yrs as normal. Now as Pte-Limo (6months).

Sorry am on course today lol... Nv take up the space mpv liao.. Took a new non limo for now haha will wait for the companies move on the new limo fleet now, cant join the limo bros for nw :p psps
