Limo Service Marketing

What are the possible ways of Marketing in this area?
Some are investing in Internet Marketing, my question is....
1) Is it cost effective for a lone ranger to do this?
2) How to start about doing it?

You can start by blogging daily. Blog on anything you want, perferably related to Limo.
Blogger.com and WordPress.com offer free acount but is hosted by them.
If you self-host your site, you have more control and you can put up advertisment. For that, you need
1) a domain name for your website (less than US$10.00 per year)
2) a server/VPS to host your website (As low as $3.00 per month, less than US$7.00 per month)
3) a script (WordPress is FREE) to power your website.

Mine is the cheapest means..... by daily OTR.
I had spend 7yrs in 4 seater limousine cab. I try to go AP Limo Q as frequent as possible... And this is the 1 of the 2 places in Singapore LTA recognised flat rate job. (The other is at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal Limo Q - but it served mainly by SMRT limousines).

So, when you get passengers taking your vehicle, regardless whether it is a Maxi or Limo cabs.... you must have...
limousine namecards ready to give......

Ive got a. Com + 2 year hosting for $100 but i nt using blog coz sometimes.too lazy to type haha so i did up a typical commercial kind.I also did up a facebook Page for my services.for frenz to "like" to spread the page thru their wall.
Lastly as jdi bro mention. . Namecards for pax, ex colleague, ICT mates, friend's friend etc lol

Have la i also got go thru facebook adverts but then not saturated enough to me so i stopped... Sgforums ads ah... Hmmm. .. I will prefer go singaporexpats or hwz :pNo ill intentions or whatever intended... Just pure personal preference

Yeah...
probably going thru expats frequent websites carry more weight.
So, ahRichard, are u going to drive a Mercedes cab soon ? (easier to do your marketing if you are driving a limousine cab).

JDI, Personal name card will do or must include company name and logo?

unless you are driving your Pte-Limousine.. (need to register a company)... if driving normal limousine cabs... no need...

I print my name cards at IMM level 4.
Good thing compared to Amoy street is free parking plus no ERP, free delivery to your home and cheaper rates compared to the Amoy St shop.

You guys never answer the question leh? My answers, my personal perspective, works for others but maybe not working for me?
1) lone ranger, can, many people, also can, all involve money. If you have money to invest, why not, have to set aside about 1.5 to 2k per month(average) can be lower, can be higher.
2) how to start? Very simple. Google it, many IT companies want to earn your money.
My advice, scrutinize their proposals if you manage to get in touc with them, they just want your money, after sales service good or no good? No one can guarantee. Whether you get back you ROI, also no one can guarantee. Internet marketing is more for branding and awareness. We still need to physically drive and if the pax like our face, service and car, then we ho sey.
Lets just say, if you get plenty of business from Internet marketing, you yourself can't do? How? You throw to your khakis, you no take levy, but your khakis still sum the contact. If you take levy? Your khaki and other drivers say you Yao Gwee and taiko?
So how? �力�讨好�
