I think Black Cab are a rip off. In term of prestige and value for money anytime I feel White is more worth it. Rental is expensive for Black Cab and fare is also more. But if you compare the price of both cab the White one easily cost more then the Black. Only the Black one is bigger then the White. So end of the day it is the taxi company making more money. So it is a rip off for both the pax and the TD who hire them. I ever sit in a Black Cab before ride comfort I still prefer the White one. But in term of driving and handling I dun know because never drove one. Any Black Cab driver whom drive White before care to comment?

So far, F1-TD is the only one with Chrysler driving experiences... have to wait for him to come in.... Did he drove white Mercedes cab before ? I'm not sure... hahaha.

Thanks man. I still learning the rope. Next week go do name card. 2 of my LV Kakis also convert to White. CDG MDT really power. Everywhere go also ding ding ding....And the cashless I take already happy cos no need to go bank in money and statement shows clearly online. Last time Red one really CMI. Take so long to refund until I also lost track of the transaction.

the 1st of the 3 Mercedes-Benz limousine cab you see in the picture (above), the facelift is sharper than the older ones. Hammer is currently driving one of these model. WizQ used to drive one of these too.... correct guys (if you are reading)...?
Ya I am driving the 2007 model E220 CDI. My ride mileage is 760000++ but think the overhaul the engine cos it is more smooth and quiet then the one I drive as relief while waiting for my cab which the mileage is only 560000++. There is another 2009 model which look exactly same as mine but dunno what is the difference though.

The 2009 model is the one WizQ used to be driving, (this badge) was supposed to be for Dynasty Transcabs (50 units). Daily rental should be at $138. (Cab plates are the older SH 600x numbers).
The intraface of the stereo radio can be connected to Bluetooth. Other than that....the engine preformance should be the same.
The newer e250CDI (if CDG are acquiring) has a better Blue Efficiency engines. Lesser CO2 emissions.

CDG has a good networking...
In Tuas (ask BCL)..
, In Changi (loyang) ask me. Corporate Cards cashless transactions are all around the island.

Oh no wonder I see the LCD display for the Stereo more chio then mine. Actually I dun mine paying more for the new E250CDi Blue Efficiency model. That one nicer to drive. I drive my uncle's ride very solid. Better handling and more comfortable interior. So Transcab one is the 2009 model?

Transcab Dynasty, currently in use is the 2007 model, same as yours.
They have signed an option for 50 more units, which later transferred to CDG.

Most of the current white merc is very old. Chryslers are newer cars. The 1-2 yr old mercedes is certainly comfortable, but I drove an old mercedes, which was not as comfy. None of my pax had anything nice to say about the mercedes, but many pax said the chrysler felt very good.
The rental is slightly more for chrysler, but the $5 meter more than made up for it.
I have driven both CDG limocabs and chrysler. And can tell you confidently I made more on the chrysler than the white merc. Made more money with less trips for sure. And I dun even need any bookings.

I may invite one of the pioneer Chrysler limousine cabby in to share his experiences. One of my best kaki. He assists me in my jobs also. Very nice man.

Indeed my TD life only 7 years, for 5 years after my army days, I lost in the deep ocean, beside property agent, try a lot of nonsense, went through a lot of interviews, resign many time, sack by company also many time, until I became TD, my life are more peaceful and can think better. During those time, only can afford to buy Kia Rio 1.5. But property agent is something you can do forever, whether freelance or full time, no problem, no time, throw to your colleague, get some referral fee better than nothing. If luck with you, the commission is substantial. -
