Heard this incident from members...... This MERC cab driver enage in hourly disposal...... But the pax that use his service was actually conducting illegal activities...... They go around spraying paint and haressing debtors house...... All been caught red handed and cab driver had been accused of cohabitated with the crooks...... Any comments? Really puzzles, why?

Taxi driver jailed 10 months for ferrying loan shark runner

A taxi driver was on Thursday jailed for 10 months for acting as a driver for a loan shark runner.
Koh Liap Huah, 51, was paid $150 for each day he was booked by Goh Wee Kian.
The deal came to an abrupt end on June 8 after Goh, 24, was detained by residents for harassing a debtor in Bedok South Avenue 3.
Police were summoned and they also arrested Koh, who was waiting downstairs in his taxi.

This idiot got jailed because he did it with his eyes open. Normally if u dun know and really innocent, police will know.

Ya, confirm and agreed...... Some MERC cab driver part time money lender, got demand than got supply ma....hahaha Lobang is for us to choose, authority not stupid one....... Long long time ago, I was offer to deliver contra band cigarette.....I rejected, another TD accepted, one time two time, swee swee bo tai ji.......than greedy...... The sentence about few hundred thousand, they charge u non payment of tax, GST......my friend no $ pay fine, go in sit lo, 3 years.......
