Murder by telepathic communication by a neighbour

I am experiencing dangerous telepathic communication and walk-in(possesion) by my neighbour. This person happens to be living in a flat downstairs below mine. This has gone on for more than 2 years. He also has the ability to manipulate my body.(almost like telepathy pruritus but more dangerous) None of my friends believed or has encountered this before. He is able to do this over incredible distances like when he is outside or when I am outside. He is also able to do this 24 hours a day every day.I have called the police several times but they did not stop him or make any investigations. I would like to know what kind of telepathy he is using and how and why my body is so easily manipulated by him. I happen to be suffering from a rare condition due to an overdose of green tea with fresh milk. This explains how my body is so responsive to his manipulation. I can provide more information on this medical(physical) condition and further description of this telepathic phenomena. I would also like to know how he manage to go into my body(walk-in) and how and why my body parts is so manipulated by him. Do you have any experts who can provide answers into this phenomena and my rare body condition? He has been trying to kill me for more than 2 years. Please help me and please reply soon.
