On 14th October 2010 at 1.42pm, I went to 7-11 at Blk 638A Jurong West Street 61 #01-20 Pioneer Mall Singapore 641638 with my 5 year old son. My son wanted me to buy for him drinks. While filling the cup suddenly the Philipino lady staff around 20s shouted at my son.
She decided to stop shouting after I looked at her. Then she signalled to the Chinese lady staff around 40 years old, who then screamed and yelled at me, just because I told the Philipino that she can talk to my son nicely instead of shouting.
After paying for the drink, I left the store, the Chinese lady decided to follow from behind and she kept on shouting and yelling at me. She even called me an idiot just because I threaten to file a complain on their poor customer service. Alot passer-by witnessed the incident.
7-11 staffs lack of customer service ettiquette. They should have proper training in customer service to closen up the gap and to know what is meant by working as customer service.
Did your child upset the drink when he filled up the cup?
If not 2 staff wun be shouting at you both for no apparant reason.
Junyang, how would my son upset the drink. As the one who filled the cup with drink is me. I was covering the cup with the cover.
My child just standing quietly next to me. Is it wrong to let my son stand beside me or children are banned from entering the 7 Eleven store.
Even if my son standing next to me, she should not shout. Why can't they talk nicely to kid. They should know as customer service provider that is not the way to treat customer.
Unless my son spill the drinks or make a mess in the store......
I have decided that is the last time I enter and purchase items from any 7-Eleven Store. They really spoilts my day. Such sucks and fucks service given my staffs of 7-Eleven.
You meant the staff for nothing shouted at your son? What were they shouting about anyway?
