A new restaurant in Kabuchiko, Shinjuku offers its customers a unique form of entertainment. The “Robot Restaurant,” as its name suggests, features dancing female robots to lure and entertain its customers.
The giant life-like robots are made of plastic with robotic lower halves.
Female staff members operate them to perform “cabaret” dances. Customers are also permitted to operate the robots themselves.
The restaurant cost around 10 billion yen to open. Customers need to pay a flat fee of 3,000 yen, which includes entrance and a drink.
“Truly the main reason to visit Robot Restaurant is the performance, which goes on twice a night from Monday to Saturday,” reported Japan Today.
