After all, it all depends on how much the individual can shoulder.
But is there any way at all of discerning whether that amount of stress in our lives is more than we SHOULD bear?
More importantly, how do we mitigate the negative effects of stress? And is it possible to reduce our stress levels but not the responsibilities we have on our plates?
