make sure they have included the roads leading to ur prospective house

everything is there roads ,security golf course ,u can only dream here ,only problem have to travel around an hour everyday

i believe the situation will improve once the bridge and the outer ring road is ready.
furthermore tuas checkpoint is also very near and double benefit if you working west area,

yes...robber break into yer house via roof tiles n enter into yer concrete looking condominium....
thinks its not worth the price.....

Firstly, its important to know what u buy. There were instances before that roads were not included....which is the service roads leading to ur gate.
Secondly, security??? half the time they are in cahoots with the burglers, after u renovated ur dream home....next thing u know, they will help u reinstate it back to half the original condition which u bought
