Is it acceptable if the bushes are blocking the lower part of the bus?

In photography there are distractions and so on, said and repeated many times (seriously, I hate people repeating them also).
So I constantly remind myself what is distracting, and avoid them (I am not perfect afterall, never will be, and I hope people understand that too when I make mistakes).
The bushes and flowers make a good match. However, do take care of the guy on the right in the photo of TIB916R. People can add effect to photos, or even minus it away. I find the man distracting, otherwise the photo will come to pass.

But well, there's a lot of people at Rochor Canal during the day off - Sunday. I'm also confined to the places surrounding OG Albert Park and Sim Lim Square while my parents do their shopping. So I just had no choice but to try as best as I can to shoot well.
Anyway, thanks for that wonderful but useful comment. I will think about it and I will try the better places next time. -
