10. Use Your Bionic Memory During Arguments
Instead of using your bionic memory to remember birthdays and anniversaries... use it during arguments instead.
Everytime your partner brings up something you did wrong, instead of apologising, counter it by rehashing your version of something they did wrong a few months, or even years ago.
9. Rub It In
Whenever you're right and they are wrong, rub their nose in it, repeatedly.
8. Stay Exactly The Same
Even as you grow older and your relationship develops, just stay stagnant. Claim that you’re allowed to go drinking every night because that’s what you did when the two of you started dating. You don't have to grow up, ever.
7. Tell Them To Calm Down
Whenever they are upset about something, tell them to calm down. This will trivialise the issue that was big enough to upset them.
6. Criticise The Sex
Forget about positive reinforcement or subtlety. Just shout " Damn it! Your fat elbow is digging into my ribs all the time!"

5. Compare Your Partner
Compare your partner with your ex Gf, or your mother, your best friend's wife, your next door neighbour... anyone at all... just to make them feel inadequate, or second best, especially in the eyes of the one they love.
4. Use Logic Sparingly
When in an argument, (especially when you are in the wrong) don't use logic. Save it for more useful things, like... shopping.
3. Be Smart
Maintain that you know your partner's motives better than he or she does.
2. Let Things Brew
When something upsets you, do express any displeasure or hurt, but only let it out when it reaches the point of absolute seething anger.
1. Neglect
Have other priorities in your life, and demand that your partner be understanding and blind to the fact that the grass is greener on the other side.
There you have it... my 10 ways to destroy a relationship. Best you do the opposite if you want to remain in a relationship
