yeaa more guys then girls.. i dont think the girls over there are pretty though.. LOL!
this is a voluntary work...activities are both indoors and outdoors...indoors include dinners, boardgaming sessions, etc. and outdoor can range from wakeboarding, cycling trips, etc...
if more ppl join, then higher chance the girl of ur type might appear...:)

What have you planned? A rough venue/date? Why not set up a facebook account that link people up for RSVP outing? Easier to monitor and set up announcement board over there.
Have you set up any committee yet?
Budget? Costs? Any range?
How about having a proper theme out first?
