Thanks Rlsh......... I will think abt the training plan after flyer's outing.......... We can discuss then. If can't make up 4 gals, still can go for the 10km run. -

for me my performance is quite inconsistent, im actually confused too. usually i try to jog for an hour at a constant pace, then i call it a day. i try to do that a few times every week. i usually run near my home. in an hour, i can complete ard 9 rounds. on good days, i can do that well. on bad days. i feeltired at the second round. and its weird. because i will be able to say do 9 rounds on day 1, on day 2 i will feel tired at say the 5th round then on day 3, second round i cannot tahan already. then i rest 2 days ( lazy lol)then i run again the next day and i can do 9 rounds again! how about you?

Me normally run 4-5km in 30mins
IF lazy then veri slow jog to complete 30min........ juz measure time..........I keep 3x running per week.......IF u realli interested to jog together, will PM u once i finish planning....
