nah, its not always the smartest that gets to the local unis from poly.. but rather the most hardworking ones..
c'mon, how can we ever believe that we're any less intelligent just because we dindt get into local uni from poly right? :)

hmm.. in a way if the poly student wrks hard during his poly years, should be able to get into uni. even if they do not get into uni, they can still upgrade themselves while wrking because they already have a diploma.
furthermore those ppl who are from jc must go uni else their a levels is kind of useless, because with a levels, their pay is even lower that of a poly student.
