  I think still counted.. maybe even bishan also counted as north..

  edit: too many reservoirs in the north.. seems like mainly will be Woodlands, Sembawang, Admiralty, Kranji,Bukit Panjang and Ang Mo Kio

  Bishan and Toa Payoh is at the boundary.. based on this map
