  My best place to rejuvenate and really space out and stuff.. is Langkawi's Island of the Pregnant Maiden. Really tranquil place. Please dun go during peak season la!

  i go toilet..wash face...

   

  munch munch arh...i try not to.later customer hear my mouth like eating...kana scolding..and besidesafter calls are about 20 seconds or less...

   

  meaning after a convo with customer end..any reports to do for customers must do 20 seconds or less

  you knoe hor even now i also have this problem even though i'm not wrking in the call centre anymore.

  so what i tell them is this

  " your company can decide what you want to do but my company will reserve our rights as well"

  "i'm just an employee here and i'm informing you our company policy, you can decide what you want to do from there"

  then i keep repeating until they fed up then hang up
