Ha, So I thought when I binged on a whole 250g block of dark chocolate with rum and raisins for two days. I didn't gain any weight that four days, neither did I lose... and I know my low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein is helping.
And you know what happens when you binge and get away with it? You continue.
So I toned down but continued my chocolates, sometimes relaxing to milk chocolates. Then suddenly, one morning, I noticed my weight creeping up, but I can't stop my binge.
That's it, I gained 3 kgs over my 49 kg.
So it has to be ocassional bingeing.... or none.
