The Los Angeles city attorney's office says James Blunt will not be charged for allegedly driving over someone's foot in February.
"After review of the information provided, we have decided not to file charges at this time," said city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan. The man's claim that Blunt ran over his foot after a party at Bel-Air Estates on Feb. 24 was investigated by police. But Blunt publicist Sheila Richman said the British rocker and his car were "swarmed by paparazzi" and that he was "trying to navigate his car through all of the people" at "2 mph," the Los Angeles Times reported Saturday.
