For the second time in a week, Britney Spears was taken to a Los Angeles medical center for tooth-related issues.
Her manager Larry Rudolph said there was nothing to be alarmed about and that it was just a routine checkup.
The singer, 25, visited the Century City Medical Plaza a second time Tuesday after a dental emergency on Sunday.
A Plaza employee tells Us Weekly, "She was smiling for the cameras, but the moment she got into the elevators she was complaining to her bodyguards that it was unfair her tooth was broken, but she couldn't take painkillers."
She made her first public appearance since leaving rehab on Friday - to take a dance class and enjoy sushi with friends.
The pop superstar checked out of Promises rehab facility in Malibu, California last week, and made sure her first Friday night of freedom was all fun.
Wearing fishnet stockings and dance boots, the star took an advanced-level hip-hop class with instructor Darrien Henning at the Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood.
Henning tells People magazine his new student "lit up" the room.
The dance teacher says, "I had no idea she was coming, so I was shocked." He adds, "She did the choreography really well... She came in and nailed it."
After her dance class, Spears joined friends at Bel Air Japanese restaurant Sushi House Unico.
