NEW YORK A couple of milestones for a pop music legend.
Elton John turns 60 today and will mark his birthday with his 60th performance at New York's Madison Square Garden.
John has performed at the Garden more than any other singer. With each show, he extends a record he set in October 2001, when he passed the Grateful Dead. They played 52 shows in the famed arena.
The singer recently announced he's making his back catalog of more than 30 albums released over 40 years available for digital download. He's also releasing a new compilation album called "Rocket Man."
Happy birthday...
