  It's time to put an end to the penalty shoot out nonsense so teams that can't play don't have a chance to win by playing defensively. Bring back the golden goal rule. The first team to score after extra time wins.

  Spain won on penalty shoot out even though Portugal were the better team in normal time. Stop the PSO nonsense.
