This is why I gave up on the EPL when Singtel won the rights.
Seriously, Singtel, grow a pair of balls and at least offer pro-rated refunds.
After all, fans paid for the full package, and you failed to deliver the full package.
Nowadays got problem apologise and expect it to disappear forever into the abyss of time...
at least offer compensation or something... rebate or refund...
Eh SingTel,
Knn, U pay $1 for Teh peng, uncle give U Teh O Peng, still charge $1 and tell u sorry, U happy anot???
wat to do? its unavoidable
Whats the point to apologize now?
I think i want to cancel my mio set after the CL final cos i don't know what else to keep it for now that there is no more football.
Wah lau, no such issues here overseas. I was switching between ESPN and Star Sports during both matches and it was perfect.

when is the "no exclusive content" bit going to be in force?
It's an honest mistake, let's move on.

There is no point even when the "no exclusive content" starts. Actually it already started but the price won't be coming down either as one party claim to bid high high, then resale to the other broadcaster like what we are seeing with the Euros now. Starhub claim to bid very high so must charge high high. So which ever broadcaster you go to, the price is the same.
now they blame users for channel-switching.

i think there are fewer dropped transmissions with Starhub..
and from the world cup, less lag too...
anyway, me piratesta.. get a fast interweb connection and watch all types of matches, including stuff from Greece, Brazil and wherever through streaming.. muahahahahaha
see
when we has a problem watching
they will blame us for switching channels
knn...
y they cant own up say they sux ...
Yes, yes.
It's the subscribers' fault for changing channels.
So when can we sign up for next season and cause these kinds of disruption again?
SMRT should learn damage control from SingTel

the 34.90 refund is a sure thing. but what about the other 2? only customers who continue with their sports package subscription get to watch those for free isnt it? so that means another season of contract right?
probably.. or if you terminate the sports pack, you can use for others?
but then, who wants mio tv other than their sports?
the rest is shit
actually the compensation is quite decent...
I was about to flame them if they were going to only waive off few days off the bill... but at least this is decent... I think they really kenna very hard this time...
But then again, I dislike the way that they say the problem lies with subscribers... DEY~ ur infra not good, u blame ur customer???
so wat if fwee for a mth?
tt impt moment is over.
