That is the verdict of the men with the inside knowledge — the top flight's 20 managers.
A survey shows that three quarters of them rate Harry Redknapp's Spurs as the most entertaining team, even though they have scored less goals than United, City and Arsenal.
However, the majority agreed that City (67 per cent) will pip Manchester United (33 per cent) to win their first championship since 1968.

anyone but city to win
united for the win
Spurs entertained me recently with their matches against Arsenal and Man Utd.
but funny leh, the betting odds doesn't reflect that...
I hope those 67% percent of managers won't be deploying cowardly strategies against Man City.

How can city be favourites?
i suspect the survey was done some time back, like during man city on top form and leading 5 points at that time and everyone writing man utd off...
I guess it's all or nothing. The Europa cup was meaningless to City and a potential distraction. I think they wanted out of the cup anyway and not give United any advantage in the league after knowing the United's result before their match started or how else could one explain they going 2 down at home in the first half alone?
It could proved to be a very smart move, afterall the Europa cup isn't going to please anyone either if they lose out on the title.
Now they can fully concentrate on the league title only.
hmmm how come the matches not play at the same time... anyway if city fails to win and try to lure mourinho then gg for next season liao.
